An alliance founded on the 1st of August of the year YC 111, serves as a unifying front for those that wish to revive the old Raata Empire.
Also a EveOnline community, whose main goal is make the lives of it members stable and profitable.
The Raata men rejoiced and celebrated their victory, and sang praises to their Cold Wind. He smiled and laughed, for Winds need no praise from men, and said:
